• Assist in the planning and execution of approved events and promotions with emphasis on quality and budgetary guidelines; monitors events to ensure Company objectives have been met.
• Work closely with the Events and Promotions Supervisor to ensure all state regulatory requirements are met for promotions and special events.
• Coordinate the setup of decorations and promotional themes for specific promotional events.
• Assist in the production of support materials for special events and promotions.
• Ensure promotional literature and signage are properly displayed throughout the property.
• Assist with submissions and notifications required by the Indiana Gaming Commission for all marketing and promotional programs planned.
• Facilitate dissemination of special event and promotional information throughout the department and property, includes collecting tournament entries, working the pits, etc.
• Maintain files and accurate records of all promotions and special events.
• Work closely with the Advertising and Entertainment Manager with coordination and execution of entertainment and special events as assigned.
• Assist with marketing analysis as assigned.
• Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
• Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
