Seeking a skilled Tooling Designer with a strong CNC manufacturing background to design and improve tooling, jigs, and fixtures that enhance production efficiency and precision in a high‑mix environment.

• Design and detail tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support machining and assembly operations
• Create and revise 2D/3D models and drawings using Solid Works and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with CNC programmers and machinists to ensure manufacturability and precision
• Conduct tooling evaluations and implement design improvements to reduce cycle times
• Support new product launches by developing tooling layouts and documentation
• Maintain tooling records and manage engineering change updates

• 3+ years of experience in tooling or fixture design within a CNC or precision manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Solid Works and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D design work
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tolerances
• Working knowledge of GD&T and mechanical design principles
• Effective communicator with strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills
