Job Overview - Sr. Estimator
The Atlantic Group is representing an opportunity for a Senior Estimator role with phenomenal growth potential. Company is an electrical construction company working on new construction, renovations, and fit-outs. The Senior Estimator must have years of experience estimating commercial electrical projects.

Compensation: $ - $ + bonus

Chester County, PA - Hybrid

Responsibilities as the Sr. Estimator include:

• Prepare estimates from accurate quantity take-off project and complete estimate to computer printout.
• Review proposal documents, specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work.
• Prepare detailed listing of material and equipment items for the estimate and obtain quotes from vendors.
• Complete accurate and timely projects submittals, change orders, RFI's, etc.
• Participate in and contribute to project "turnover" meetings, in order to effectively convey scope of work to be executed by Project Managers.

Qualifications for the Sr. Investment Accountant include:

• 15+ years of experience in Electrical Estimating.
• 15+ years of experience in the Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Labs, and Hospitality construction industries.
• Experience with electrical bidding software McCormick, EBM, and PDF viewers is highly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
