Atlas is a nationwide leader in civil engineering materials testing and geotechnical consulting services for environmental industrial and infrastructure construction projects Headquartered in Austin TX Atlas currently has over 3500 employees with offices throughout the US including Alaska & Hawaii Its no accident that Atlas creates a better experience for infrastructure and environmental projects Its how we are built with the best people in the industry with the reach and expertise to help at any and every step of the project and with a heart led approach that puts quality and safety at the center of everything we do Were just built to be better We are a great company We are seeking a Civil Site Project Engineer to join our Plymouth Meeting PA team The Civil Site Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion ensuring they are completed on time and within budget This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders such as engineers contractors and clients to ensure project success Job responsibilities include but are not limited to Water Wastewater Project Design Direction and Coordination of Project Design Staff Specification Research and Writing Construction Cost Estimating Project Bidding Preparation and Administration Engineering Report Preparation Field Investigation for Project Design Requirements Interaction with Client Representative Minimum requirements Accomplished and multitalented mechanicalpiping design with more than 5 years of experience designing public works projects including providing maintenance support for municipal water and wastewater projects

Experience reviewing Mechanical AutoCAD skills

Experience in Mechanical Civil Environmental Design or equivalent

Possesses knowledge of regulatory compliance construction standards and performs site inspections

Experienced in preparing mechanical contract documents plans and construction projects
