Are you an experienced Professional Engineer looking to lead significant water and wastewater projects? We are seeking a dedicated Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team and drive the planning, design, and execution of critical infrastructure projects.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with clients, manage project teams, and engage with local and state agencies to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all phases of multiple engineering projects, ensuring compliance with client expectations and project goals.
  • Represent the company in public meetings and client engagements, delivering professional and effective communication.
  • Supervise and mentor department staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of existing and proposed facilities, identifying improvement opportunities and project cost estimations.
  • Lead the preparation of detailed plans, specifications, permitting, and bidding documents for capital projects.
  • Perform sewer system condition assessments, including televising, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors and client personnel to ensure project success.
  • Develop Act 537 Plans and Chapter 94 Reports, contributing to regulatory compliance and planning.
  • Review proposed land development projects, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist with QA/QC processes during design reviews to uphold quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, covering infrastructure development and rehabilitation.
  • Proven experience collaborating with local and state agencies, especially the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, build client relationships, and lead teams effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing Act 537 Plans is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
