Position: Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

Join our dynamic Planning and Site Design Department, where you will play a pivotal role as a Project Manager (Civil Engineer). We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and design diverse projects across multi-use, residential, commercial, and educational sectors. This position offers the opportunity to see projects through from conception to final approval, ensuring every detail meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and design projects of varying scales.
• Develop site designs, including stormwater management, grading, and erosion control.
• Conduct site investigations and research state and local design standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and clients.
• Participate in client and municipal meetings.
• Engage in both drafting and designing of your projects.

Qualifications:

• Preferred:
  Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania.
• Required:
  
  Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• 5 - 10+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience in Land Development and Site Design.
• Familiarity with Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design.
• Knowledge of regulatory permitting (NPDES) and zoning approvals.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Aptitude for managing and designing multiple projects concurrently.
