Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Is this you?
You're stuck putting out fires instead of building things. You became an engineer to improve systems and lead projects—not just keep old equipment running. You want to lead a team and work on the floor solving real problems.
What you'll be doing
Lead 6 engineers and 3 tool room techs at a growing plastics plant. You'll develop your team while working on what matters: process improvements, new equipment installations, and building systems that work.
This plant is growing fast. That means budget for capital projects you can actually execute—not just talk about.
Where you'll be
Nazareth, PA. You'll report to the Director at the Pennsylvania facility. This is a new leadership role created for growth—you're not replacing someone who burned out.
What you'll need
Bachelor's in Engineering plus hands-on manufacturing experience. You've worked on production floors and integrated equipment before. You understand how to develop processes that stick while finding ways to improve them.
You need to think independently and collaborate on new ideas with leadership—not just take orders.
What's in it for you
Build something new instead of maintaining what exists. Leadership that wants your input. Budget for projects. A team to develop. Room to actually engineer.
