Overview
Job Title:
Document Management Lead.
Location:
Houston, TX (Onsite). Salary: $80K-100K.
- Designs and improves standard Document Control processes in Capital Projects.
- Defines or contributes to development of functional requirements for document standard control applications.
- Defines or contributes to development of standard performance metrics to track and manage information maturity and document control team performance.
- Leads with asset information management experience in the oil and gas industry; understands and documents work processes; organizes meetings with stakeholders.
- Hands-on technical experience related to document control and DMS enhancement/improvement activities.
- POC development and experience in UAT.
- Leads project document control activities; prepares Document Control Processes such as numbering specification, review-approval procedure, document distribution matrix, quality checklist, etc.
- Addresses queries from the Engineering team, Project management & Leadership team; manages resources for project execution; provides weekly/monthly project status reporting.
- Communicates with Engineering teams, DCs, Site teams and various EPCs to address queries on priority to ensure smooth flow of documentation.
- Reviews MDR/VDR; trains the team in Document Control, Redline system and DMS processes, etc.
- Required Skills:
Asset information management experience in the oil and gas industry; understanding and documenting work processes; organizing meetings with stakeholders; hands-on technical experience in document control and DMS enhancement/improvement activities; POC development and experience in UAT.
- Any graduation with 10+ yrs of experience.

CompensationThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
