• Lead capital and major repair projects from concept through commissioning
• Provide expertise in high-voltage power systems (up to 13.8kV), turbine generators, relay protection, AC/DC drives, DCS/PLC systems, and process instrumentation
• Champion safety and environmental excellence across engineering and maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Legal, Purchasing) to deliver high-value technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, co-ops, and interns

• 10+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing or heavy industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar discipline)
• Strong, hands-on expertise in power distribution (up to 13.8kV), relay protection, arc flash analysis, AC/DC drives, and process control instrumentation
• NFPA 70E training with a strong safety mindset
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects safely, on time, and within budget
• P.E. license or PMP certification (a plus, not required)
