Sie übernehmen Verantwortung, planen und reflektieren den Unterricht, arbeiten eng mit Therapieeinrichtungen zusammen und gestalten die Zusammenarbeit im Schulteam. Ein anerkannter Abschluss in Heilpädagogik ist erforderlich, ebenso Erfahrungen im Umgang mit heterogenen Klassen.
