• Gain an understanding of a very complex product at an intricate level
• Adapt to a constantly changing, highly customizable product
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to provide technical support in plain language
• Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule:
  
  4 ½ days (7am-4:30pm M thru Th.; F 8am-noon)
• Location:
  
  Schaefferstown, PA 17088 (in person)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Think outside the box & find solutions to new problems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some technical training or education related to engineering
• Experience in Custom Cabinetry, Construction, or a related field
• Working knowledge of modeling software: CAD, 20/20, or Solid Works
• CAD/Drafting experience: 3 years (Required)

• $18–$24/hour
