Deputy Manager

Responsibilities

• EHS MIS Data collection and Daily, weekly ,Monthly Reporting
• Statutory compliance with Govt. & global requirement
• Status update on Checking and maintaining of emergency tackling equipment’s/ systems.
• Updating and maintaining records for management and operation of EHS activities.
• Risk assessment and evaluation, and hands on experience in ISO 14001, ISO 5001, and ISO 45001 implementation
• Organizing and Tracking Blood lead Level Industrial Hygiene program / practices
• Safety Work permit, MOC issuance & tracking
• Routine EHS audits and inspection of non-compliances.
• Handling of international agencies like GRC Global etc.
• Coordination with all stakeholders / depts other dept. Internal / external.
• Raising indent for purchase and service contract (SAP)
• Total waste management Haz waste, e-waste, BMW
• EHS Training on all EHS chemical handling etc.
• To organize the EHS awareness / promotional programs for enhancing awareness among the employees/ families
• BBS Implementation hand on experience
• Coordination for Safety committee & Other EHS meeting
• Budgeting and tracking for EHS expenses.
• Supporting plant team for 5S by active participation
• Pressure vessel/lifting tackle testing/ compliance.
• Implementation & Updating of EHS SOPs.
• Near Miss reporting tracking and updating
• BOPT/FLT license issuance and tracking
• EHS data board update.
• Accident analysis, reporting, CAPA, implementation
• To Runn Road Safety Program
• To run the contractor safety program
• ESG& sustainability actions & data collection

Must have sound presentation skills & proficiency in digital working with good presentation & communication skill, and good record keeping and good discipline too.
