Our unique two‑year EMEA Graduate Program offers an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in the technical engineering industry and learn more about your leadership skills. The goal of the program is to provide you with the best possible support early in your career so that you can reach your full potential in your working life!

• Build Supply Chain expertise through rotations across manufacturing plants, divisional teams, and specialist support functions

• Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on‑time delivery and inventories

• Learn basics of S&OP and communication of the rolling forecast

• Learn about the management of goods receipts incl. prioritization

• Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put‑away, storage, pick & pack to ship in close collaboration with the Lean teams

• Familiarize and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers

• Master’s degree 메 in engineering or business administration

• Process‑driven, organized and disciplined approach
• Initiative and strong communication skills
• Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development
• Fluent in local language and English
• First‑hand experience in project management is a plus
