With 5-8 Years of Experience in Detailed Engineering, which includes

• Design Calculations, Preparation of PLC System Architecture, Interconnection Chart, Layouts for Equipment / Electronic Earthing, Cable schedules
• Selection of Instruments (Analytical, Pressure, Flow, Level Instruments, Instruments)
• Preparation of Hook Up drawing and BOQ, Procurement activities like Preparation of RFQ for PLC/Instruments/Cables /JB/Tray/Hook Up material, Technical Bid Evaluations, Vendor Drawings Review. Conducting FAT.

• I&C Design, Electronic Earthing Layout, Control Room Layout, Equipment Layout, Technical Evaluation, Preparation of Specification for PLC System & Instruments (Analytical, Pressure Instruments, Flow Instrument, Temperature Instruments) , Instrumentation Cable, Cable Tray Layout, Junction Box Schedule , Cable schedule , Termination schedule, UPS sizing.
• Water Treatment /Energy/Pharma

• Detailed study of Tender Documents and preparation of specification and Datasheet for PLC, Instruments, Flow Elements, Cable Tray, Instrument Cables, JB, Third Part Communication.
• Review of P&’s.
• Preparation of Instrument Schedule /Index/IO List/ Instrument Hook up Drawing and BOQ for Hook Up material.
• Finalization of Drive Control Philosophy/Wiring Schemes to PLC Interface.
• Preparation of Instrument Cable Racks and Tray Layout, Instrument Earthing Layouts.
• Preparation of Cable and Interconnection Schedules for Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant.
• Technical evaluation of techno-commercial offers received from vendors for PLC, Instruments, Control Valves, SOV’s, Cables, JB, VFD, and Cable Tray.
• Participation in FAT of PLC Panels at Vendor works.
• Participation in Project review meeting internal and external. Addressing/Resolution Technical queries raised by client, Vendor.
• Interacting with Vendor in getting technical quotes /Responding to Client technical Queries.
• Provide support to site for I&C System Installation and commissioning.
• Ability to work and perform on multiple projects in EPC environment and within project timelines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of ISA standards.
• Hand-on experience in MS-office (excel, word). Working knowledge of Auto CAD.

SPI knowledge, Boolean Logic.
