Responsibilities Project ManagementImplement SE-Agile methodology for new projects, administer collaboration with SE(Simultaneous Engineering) team & monitor KPI's with respect to Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget to realize project key deliverables. Localization projects completed as per project premises. Lead time for localization project realization.
Process ManagementPlan and monitor project management documentation as per PS Process Compass. Plan and formulate capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre‑acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch & administer handover of project for series manufacturing along with defined communication matrix. Operational excellence in 8 weeks: overall equipment efficiency > 80%, internal defect cost
