Senior Technical Support Engineer (Hybrid) Summary

This role leads by example in delivering industry’s best customer support experience. The position works side by side with sales, utilizing technical acumen and interpersonal skill to technically sell the product, while creating and maintaining relevant customer and industry networks.

• Utilize application expertise to develop new product extensions with current technology platforms and provide customer testing that delivers differentiated value.
• Provide product and/or application expertise, ongoing technical support, and custom testing to existing customers.
• Create and maintain relevant customer and industry networks.
• Assist with the development of technical documents and provide training to fabricators, OEMs, and sales engineers regarding proper and effective use of our materials (web tool concepts, white papers, etc.).
• Extract information from the customer and aid in effectively networking to find solutions.
• Aid in development of future technology platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
• 4+ years of experience in research and development, new product development, or application development.
• Demonstrated success in selling technical solutions.
• Travel:
  Up to 50%.
