The Product Regulatory function within ESI provides critical chemical regulatory compliance support and expertise to the business. The team excels at interpreting and disseminating complex regulatory and legislative text and obligations to business stakeholders. The team is experienced in steering businesses through the evolving regulatory landscape to stay compliant to new and existing regulatory obligations. Moreover, the team performs and regularly communicates regulatory impact assessment on business portfolio.

• Contribute BU-specific Regulatory projects and issues
• Supports stewardship of BU’s compliance status and needs
• Help prioritizations
• Consolidate inputs from Regulatory Team
• Collect BU information for Regulatory Team to perform compliance actions

• Collate information from both BU and Regulatory team to help Regulatory assessment and impact analysis on products
• Supports stewardship of BU’ compliance status and needs
• Regulatory Intelligence and Surveillance
