Responsible for quality engineering in coordination with our design team on new products to ensure manufacturing readiness.
Work in conjunction with Engineering and Operations to ensure 100% compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Continuously enhance the performance, reliability, and efficiency of existing quality systems.
Process Documentation & Quality SystemsDraft, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure repetitive manufacturing accuracy and consistency.
Create and manage detailed quality documentation, including inspection checklists, work instructions, and control plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality controls and process changes.
Communicate directly with vendors to establish quality standards, clarify technical specifications, and resolve defects or non-conformances in supplied materials.
Project Management & ComplianceLead engineering projects related to quality improvement, root cause analysis, and process standardization.
Manage quality resources and testing equipment effectively to support production goals.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 3-5 years experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, and process improvement within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in Solid Works and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to bridge the gap between design and production.
