Job Description
As Senior Manager Quality Management - Automotive you will be responsible for managing and assuring product quality, safety and security throughout the product lifecycle, in order to set the stage for successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Be primarily responsible for all quality management tasks specific to an ISO 26262-compliant and ISO 21434-complaint process framework
- Be responsible for general process quality assurance, in accordance with the Infineon quality management system
- Identify and assess process-related risks in product development projects
- Compile and execute a quality assurance plan
- Be responsible for the communication of the status of conformity and compliance measures and escape concerns where necessary
- Provide guidance to project teams for an effective and efficient achievement of conformity and compliance
- Contribute to the development processes, tools and methods within the Business Line and within the Automotive Division

- A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
- At least 7 years of relevant, professional experience in an R&D or quality management role, ideally within the semiconductor industry
- Expert knowledge of ISO 26262 and general quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO
9001), ideally with an ISO 26262 Professional certification - Ideally, knowledge of ISO 21434-compliant product development
, as well as an ISO 21434 Professional certification - Good knowledge of quality management systems, methods and procedures (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, etc.) as well as customer-related processes
- Advanced experience in semiconductor technology
, as well as IC technology and devices preferred - Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
