Summary STK (Systems Tool Kit) is commercial mission modeling software used by thousands of customers worldwide to solve complex problems, from evaluating communication link coverage to navigating to the moon. We are looking for a motivated communications and radar software engineer ready to make a positive impact on our products. In this role, you will support the design and development of the STK software application as a developer and subject‑matter expert, focusing primarily on communications and radar systems modeling.
This position is based in Exton, PA and it is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- Leads planning, architecture, and research at a product level
- Coordinates product design and development activities
- Acts as a technical reference for the team
- Supports on‑site requirements gathering and refinement with strategic customers
- Develops and employs best practices and maintains them through technical reviews and mentoring
- Performs complex bug verification and release testing; researches problems discovered by QA or product support and develops solutions, collaborating with the QA/support team
- Understands and supports the marketing requirements for products, including target environment, performance criteria, and competitive issues
- Operates without direct supervision
