• Write and implement IEPs that actually reflect what your students need
• Deliver differentiated instruction, daily routines, and structure that supports kids with autism

• PA Instructional I or II Certification in Special Ed (non‑negotiable)
• Experience working with students with autism or other disabilities
• Someone who knows how to lead a room, support their team, and problem‑solve in real time
• You're not afraid of behavior, and you know how to collaborate
