Preferably, all substitute teachers should be certified to teach through the State of Pennsylvania. However, applicants with a bachelors degree and no PA certification will be considered for substitute teaching. Applicants must meet all state and federal qualificiations. An Act 34 Criminal History Clearance Report, an Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance Report, and a FBI Fingerprint Report are required.
