Lebanon Valley College invites applications for the position of Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Student Support & Accountability.

Reporting to the Interim Vice President of Student Affairs, the associate dean manages systems that balance care for students. This position provides leadership for the student conduct process, chairs the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), oversees Counseling and Health Services and the division's on-call system, and serves as a Title IX Deputy Coordinator. The associate dean also serves as part of the Student Affairs on-call rotation, responding to student needs and critical incidents as they arise.

Grounded in restorative practices and LVC's ASPIRE service model, the associate dean ensures that interventions are fair, consistent, and educational, while fostering a campus culture of belonging, accountability, and student success. Qualifications include a master's degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, or a related field required; doctorate preferred, significant experience in student conduct, behavioral intervention, or student support services, demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and restorative approaches to student accountability.
