- Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence
- Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- At least two years of Assistant Director experience working in a preschool setting.

- Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00, based on level of education and relevant experience.

Schedule:
Flexible availability required between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
