SALARY/RANK:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required, an equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience of 3-5 years in a higher education setting preferred. Knowledge of graduate or professional program accreditation standards is highly desirable. Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated student-centered and service-oriented approach. Proficiency with academic management systems, learning management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Skilled in generating, interpreting, and presenting data and reports from student information systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include comprehensive academic advising and administrative support for assigned graduate and professional studies programs, including integrated undergraduate-to-graduate pathways. The position develops, monitors, and maintains student academic plans using institutional systems, evaluates student progress toward degree completion, and connects students with appropriate University resources to support their success.
