Salary: $30 per hour

Job Goals: To develop, coordinate, and implement an instructional program for welding students.

• Maintain and upgrade the curriculum in the absence of a full-time instructor.
• Complete all program requisitions.
• Assess all equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain all student academic records for the programs of study taught.
• Assist with funding proposals for corporate training and grant funding.
• Assist the Financial Aid Office.
• Complete required reports to Federal, State, Local Agencies, Board of Directors, and Director of CTE.
• Schedule all classroom training activities.
• Verify all time sheets.
• Handle disciplinary actions for students.
• Maintain student time sheets for agency-sponsored students.
• Handle state and local audits.
• Plan and conduct graduation exercises for each completed class.
• Assist with PTDI Programmatic Certification Processes.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Career and Technology.

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in curriculum development preferred.

Reports To: Director of Career and Technology

Supervises: None

• This position is part-time as needed; hourly wage will be set annually by the Board of Directors.
• Work schedule will be varied day and evening hours as required.

• Performance evaluated annually by the Director of CTE per Board Policy.

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
