Women’s Volleyball - Assistant Coach

Central Penn College is seeking a Women’s Volleyball Assistant Coach for the upcoming season. This part‑time, seasonal position oversees all aspects of the volleyball program and ensures compliance with Central Penn College, the athletic department, and the USCAA.

The assistant coach monitors the academic progress of volleyball student‑athletes, recruits high school and transfer students and maintains a healthy roster size. The role also coordinates the planning of the program schedule, facilities, games, and events.

• Previous college or high school coaching experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous college volleyball playing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting student athletes is a plus but not required.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
