Support Staff / Para Educator
Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting students and instructors with individual and small‑group instruction support, monitoring student progress and safety, helping students learn to operate equipment, assisting the instructor with special education compliance, and providing students with valuable real‑life expertise and guidance.
Must possess an Associate’s Degree or be willing to obtain Highly Qualified Para Educator Certification. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to this position. Compensation is as per the CIT Support Personnel Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Schedule:
10 month, school year (188 days), Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 2:30 pm.
