• Content Marketing Pro:
  Create clear, engaging content that answers real customer questions and guides them toward action. Content is educational, conversion-focused, and SEO-optimized. Use storytelling with strategy and tools like Word Press, Zoho Marketing Automation, and ChatGPT to streamline, publish, and scale content efforts. Familiar with the They Ask, You Answer (now Endless Customers) and Story Brand frameworks to build trust and reduce friction in the buying process.
• Audience Builder:
  Engage audiences across platforms (email, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram) and adapt messaging for each channel. Support a buyer journey across multiple touchpoints, including traditional channels like direct mail and events.
• Agile Team Player:
  Work in a small, collaborative team where flexibility and initiative are valued. Responsibilities may include blogging, planning email campaigns, and building workflows in marketing software, with opportunities to grow in a team-first environment.
