• Earn up to $70/hr
• Providing you your very own designated Scoot consultant - including a practicing BCBA coordinator

• Assess students, collect data, create and revise Behavior Intervention Plans and serve as a member of the student’s IEP team.
• Work closely with students, either 1:1 or across entire classrooms implementing Individual Education Plan (IEP) and/or Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) services
• Coach and support Behavior Interventionists and other support staff across one or more school sites. Promote best practices in behavior and PBIS.
• Build rapport and trust with the children in your care and with their parents/guardians
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment
• Support Special Education Teachers in delivering IEP and BIP services
• Follow direction from and collaborate with lead teachers, administrators, and other school staff

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (issued by BACB)
