**** We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to serve as a Collaborating Physician for our team of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), while also providing part-time direct psychiatric care to clients. This dual role allows for meaningful clinical engagement alongside leadership and oversight responsibilities. * Key Responsibilities:

******** Collaborating Psychiatrist Duties:
***** Provide clinical supervision and support to PMHNPs in accordance with state laws and psychiatric board regulations.
* Participate in initial and ongoing chart reviews, case consultations, and quality assurance activities.
* Support PMHNPs in complex psychiatric evaluations, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning as needed.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements for psychiatric NP supervision.
* Contribute to ongoing clinical education, best practice implementation, and policy development.
**** Clinical (Patient-Facing) Duties:
***** Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
* Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for a range of mental health conditions (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, etc.).
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including therapists, case managers, and social workers.
* Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation within the EMR system.### ###

* Qualifications:

***** Medical Degree (MD or DO) with residency training in Psychiatry.
* Board Certification in Psychiatry (ABPN).
* Active and unrestricted medical license in multiple states, or willing to get licensed in multiple states
* Minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience, preferably with supervisory or collaborative experience with PMHNPs.
* Deep understanding of the NP scope of practice in psychiatry and relevant state regulations.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentorship skills.

* Preferred Qualifications:

***** Experience in outpatient psychiatry and/or telepsychiatry settings.
* Familiarity with trauma-informed care, integrated care, and/or addiction psychiatry (a plus).
* Multistate licensure or willingness to obtain additional licenses (if telehealth is part of the model).
* Experience with EMR systems and virtual collaboration tools.### ###
