, is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team.

• Practice at two locations: our main clinic and a satellite office at Pleasant View Retirement Community
• Team includes 6 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
• Collaborative model with nursing, care coordination, and referral support
• Meaningful work with a diverse patient population, including residents of a senior living community

Candidates must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:

• Consult with patients to determine diagnosis and care plan
• Order and interpret tests to support clinical decisions
• Monitor lab results, ensure medication safety and adherence
• Administer or prescribe medication, vaccines, and therapeutic interventions
• Clearly explain procedures, results, and care plans to patients
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, therapists, and pharmacists
• Refer patients to specialists as needed

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
