We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. - Provider Type Needed:
Family Practice Physician - Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8am-5pm;
Tuesday & Thursday: 10am-7pm - 42 Hour work week, only one late evening
- Collaborate with up to 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Manage medication for patients
- Educate patients about home treatments
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
- Ensure continuity of care between visits
- Maintain accurate patient records through charting in the EMR
- Conduct peer reviews
- Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team
- Must be board certified in Family Medicine
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Experience with a diverse patient demographic is advantageous
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required
