Looking for an Anesthesiologist to join this physician-led suburban health system that is located in a suburb between 3 large metros (Dayton, Indianapolis, and Cincinnati). The doctors here live locally in Dayton, OH or in Indianapolis, IN. • Growing group of 12 Anesthesiologists that work 1099 for a physician-led hospital
• Physicians prefer 1099 arrangement which allows for very flexible work schedule and hours
• EOD is usually 3:30 on non-call days
• Low call burden - 1:13 weekends for onsite call
• 45 weeks per year is min requirement, but more unpaid vacation time is available if desired
• 45,000 inpatient cases per year (average of 15 inpatient cases per day including open heart; ~60 outpatient per day)
• Surgery at 1 hospital only
• EPIC EMR
