Parkview Health is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/ Board Certified Family Practice physician to join their team in Ligonier, Indiana
.

  Hours:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm but potential for extended hours for improved patient access
• Minimum Required Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Call
  
  Schedule:
  
  1:8 for outpatient call
  • All calls are triaged through the nurses

• The team consists of 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers.
• The team covers general family medicine cases including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management and optional OB.

• 115,000 square-foot facility, sitting on a 66-acre campus that includes a 3/4 mile health walk and meditation garden
• Beds: 31
• Home to an extensive array of inpatient and outpatient services, including a full-service 24/7 emergency department, surgery center, imaging and laboratory, sleep lab, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, physical, occupational, speech and numerous physician clinics
