Physician-friendly healthcare system seeks a hospitalist. Hospitalists work 16 shifts per month with maximum of 10-hour shifts; possibly less hours per shift. No procedures or vent management required. Minimal, if any nights per month. Dedicated nocturnists on staff. Hospital employed position will provide a very competitive compensation package which includes a generous base guarantee with sign on bonus plus incentive based metrics, as well as full health benefits package for physician and their family and additional perks.
