Clutch is looking for a Creative Technologist with AI/GenAI experience for a client of ours.

• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to enhance marketing campaigns and creative workflows.
• Build and refine GenAI models using industry-standard platforms like Adobe Firefly and Microsoft Copilot to support UX/UI design and copywriting.
• Design high-quality prompts and rigorously test AI outputs for brand consistency, accuracy, and the elimination of bias.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement and conversion) of AI-generated content and present findings through visual dashboards.
• Maintain clear records of model assumptions, prompt strategies, and technical limitations to ensure team-wide alignment.
• Perform sentiment analysis to ensure all AI-produced material maintains a human-centric brand tone.
• Act as a subject matter expert by training internal teams on AI best practices and troubleshooting technical hurdles.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in multimodal generation and hyper-personalized content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related interdisciplinary field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technology-driven creative role.
• Strong technical fluency in analyzing data to support the development and fine‑tuning of GenAI models.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft O365.
• Strong IT and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, analytical mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
