Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday - Friday

• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and financial arrangements
• Verify insurance and assist with financial consultations
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey
• Travel between locations as needed

• 2+ years of experience in dental or orthodontic front office (orthodontic experience preferred)
• Proven ability to present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations
