• Prior experience with customer service and collections
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to accurately document interactions
• Available to work 3-4 days per week, up to 25 hours

• Willingness to undergo a rapid drug test and background check

• Making collection calls to clients and follow‑up
• Documenting all call activity thoroughly
• Maintaining accurate records of communications
• Supporting general AR activities as needed
