Location: Berwyn

Location: Berwyn, PA (Relocating soon to Conshohocken, PA)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Fully Onsite

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Executive to manage and grow our existing customer relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients, ensuring successful product adoption and high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced software environment and excels at identifying client needs. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive subscription renewals and ensure our clients receive maximum value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Outreach
    :
    Conduct regular check‑ins with existing customers to confirm product adoption and overall satisfaction.
  • Renewal Management
    :
    Manage the end‑to‑end subscription renewal process to ensure continuity of service.
  • Issue Resolution
    :
    Act as the primary contact for client updates and escalations, providing light troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Onboarding & Education
    :
    Support customer onboarding and facilitate education on new product features.
  • Internal Collaboration
    :
    Partner with Finance on billing accuracy and Marketing on client usage trends and insights.
  • Strategy
    :
    Collaborate with the CEO and Client Success leadership on account strategy and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience
    : 2–4 years of experience in a client success or customer‑facing professional role.
  • Industry
    :
    Direct experience within a software or SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Communication
    :
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex business and product conversations.
  • Organization
    :
    Proven ability to multitask and manage documentation accurately in a high‑growth setting.
