Start Date:
April 6th 2026. Your first 2 weeks are training.
- 📞 Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing.
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets.
- 📅 Schedule appointments at designated locations.
- 📝 Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions.
- 🔄 Make follow‑up calls to keep customers informed.
- 😀 Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time.
- 🏠 Remote‑ready setup:
Reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace. - 💻 Equipment:
Computer and monitor provided by DVS, and USB‑wired headset provided by you. - 🎓
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus. - 🔍 Credentialing:
Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process. - 💬 Communication skills:
Clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly. - ⏰
Schedule:
Training 9:00a - 4:30p. Regular M-F 9:30a - 6:00p & Sat 8:00a - 12:00p Eastern Standard Time. - 🌟 Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!
