Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service, foster a strong team culture, and become the trusted plumbing provider in our community. We’re seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Manager to play a critical role in shaping and scaling our business.

About the Role

The Customer Service Manager is the operational backbone of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, technicians, and internal systems. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role with significant autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving efficiency, and creating structure in a growing organization. No two days will look the same - you’ll be deeply involved in daily operations while helping set the foundation for long‑term success.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, office management, dispatch, or customer service within HOME SERVICES (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience with scheduling and dispatching technicians;
    Service Titan experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle calls, resolve issues, and maintain professionalism
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and making day‑to‑day operational decisions
  • Basic understanding of accounts receivable, memberships, and service warranties
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience in a startup or growing business environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools or third‑party call centers
  • Marketing or social media management experience
