Are you a people-person who thrives on making connections, solving problems, and supporting both pets and their families? At Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital, we’re seeking Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to be the welcoming face of our emergency and specialty hospital.

Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital is a multi-service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. We also provide boarding, daycare, grooming, and rehabilitation. We’re known for our dedication to client relationships, our high standard of medicine, and our team-first culture where everyone’s voice matters.

As a CSR, you are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will:

• Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs for emergency, specialty, and general practice services
• Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
• Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly
• Provide clear, compassionate communication — especially in emergency or emotional situations
• Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

This is a full-time position with the following schedule available:

• Wednesday - Saturday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

• Starting at $18.00/hr

• Experienced in customer service (veterinary, medical, pet care, or hospitality preferred)
