In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base. *** Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm, addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively
* Assist customers with scheduling, product information and billing questions, to ensure a seamless experience
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
* Follow established phone etiquette standards and standard operating procedures to create positive customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
* Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate
* Conduct analysis of customer feedback and call data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality

*** Excellent communication skills in English is required
* Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles with strong phone etiquette
* Strong data entry skills with high typing speed of 50+ wpm and accuracy; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is preferred
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
* Outbound calling experience is advantageous for follow-up or sales outreach efforts
* Solid understanding of computer systems, CRM tools, and basic analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively
