Travel Counselor Apprentice - ( 2600000N )
CWT are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Apprentice Travel Consultants. The apprentice will receive hands‑on training in travel bookings, customer service, and itinerary planning.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday package inquiries
- Learn and support domestic & international travel bookings
- Help prepare travel itineraries based on customer requirements
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for reservations
- Maintain booking records and customer details accurately
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on travel policies, visa basics, and industry trends
- graduates (fresher only)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry
