• High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Must be able to clear a pre‑employment drug test.

• A degree in a related discipline or industry experience.
