We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Inventory Logistics Coordinator!
The Inventory Logistics Coordinator is the first point of contact for customer account service needs. Enter data & calculate freight rates for each pickup and update inventory level daily.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:- Responsible for entering grade info for inventory items at the warehouse.
- Manage & schedule account pick-ups. Provide quality service & support.
- Maintain inventory within warehouse.
- Pull roll weight tickets.
- Promptly answer vendor telephone calls and respond to emails. Fast pace environment / critical thinking.
- Takes initiative while including senior level in part of the problem solving.
- Assists with customer service issues and provides data to Senior Manager of Customer Service.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Reliable and ability to prioritize tasks / excellent multi-tasking and strong organization skills
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High School graduate required.
- +2 years of experience in a customer service, inventory management or logistics.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to type at a reasonable speed: 10-key touch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
$52,000-$65,000 (annual salary)
