We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Inventory Logistics Coordinator!

The Inventory Logistics Coordinator is the first point of contact for customer account service needs. Enter data & calculate freight rates for each pickup and update inventory level daily.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
  • Responsible for entering grade info for inventory items at the warehouse.
  • Manage & schedule account pick-ups. Provide quality service & support.
  • Maintain inventory within warehouse.
  • Pull roll weight tickets.
  • Promptly answer vendor telephone calls and respond to emails. Fast pace environment / critical thinking.
  • Takes initiative while including senior level in part of the problem solving.
  • Assists with customer service issues and provides data to Senior Manager of Customer Service.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
OTHER SIGNIFICANT JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
  • Reliable and ability to prioritize tasks / excellent multi-tasking and strong organization skills
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • High School graduate required.
  • +2 years of experience in a customer service, inventory management or logistics.
REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.)
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to type at a reasonable speed: 10-key touch.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
COMPENSATION:

$52,000-$65,000 (annual salary)
