Location: Water Street
An arts organization invites professional artists to submit proposals for artwork installations at car-free events in New York City. Selected artists could receive funding up to $50,000 to cover project expenses, including design and installation. Artists must be available during the event to engage with the public and are responsible for all aspects of their artwork setup. Proposals are due by February 8, 2026, by 11:59 PM EST.
A commitment and engagement with the NYC DOT are required throughout all project phases.
