Freelance Graphic Designer

This role involves designing an engaging and stylish flyer for a ladies-only Galentine's tennis clinic. The flyer will serve as the primary promotional material for the event, aiming to attract women interested in a fun, social, and active gathering. The design should capture a cute, classy, and exciting aesthetic, appealing to the target audience and effectively communicating all key event details.

The flyer will be distributed both digitally and in print, so versatility in design is essential.

• Create a visually appealing flyer for the Serve, Sip & Slay – A Galentine's Tennis Clinic event.
• Incorporate the following event details: headline, sub headline (dress code: red, pink, or white), date (February 7th, 2026), time (10:00 am), cost ($50.00 each), and tagline (All levels welcome, ladies only, food and drinks included).
• Ensure the flyer design is suitable for both digital and print formats.
• Present initial design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
• Deliver final files in required formats (PDF, JPEG/PNG, and source file).

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in event or promotional materials.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and elegant flyer designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to interpret and visually communicate event themes and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
