Production Manager – Animation

As Animation Production Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end production of motion graphics for a prominent science education You Tube channel. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for education, animation, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing the animation pipeline, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.

• Oversee the full animation production pipeline from initial brief through to final delivery
• Manage and optimize workflows to ensure timely, high-quality output
• Coordinate and support cross-functional, remote teams across Southeast Asia
• Collaborate with creative leads, animators, and external partners to maintain project vision and standards
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and efficiency
• Implement systems and processes to streamline production and operational flow
• Troubleshoot production challenges and provide creative solutions
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with educational objectives

• Proven experience managing animation or motion graphics production pipelines
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with remote, multidisciplinary teams, ideally in Southeast Asia
• Familiarity with animation software and production tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, project management platforms)
• Ability to build and optimize systems and workflows for creative teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for education, storytelling, and making complex topics accessible
• Availability for part-time, contract-based work
